Pritchard-Gordon Tankers
Head Office in Sussex manages all commercial and accounting activities. The South Shields Office is currently made up of 5 Superintendent Engineers, 2 deck Superintendents, a Head of Personnel and support staff. It manages all day to day technical management, personnel and staff training, drydockings, design and newbuilding supervision. Liaison with industry bodies, regulators, Classification Societies and port state control offices are also handled from this office.

Pritchard-Gordon Tankers is privately owned and is one of the very few fully integrated British Tanker owning companies trading under the Tonnage Tax regime. The Company’s tankers are named after female family members; the fact that several are still waiting for this honour suggests plenty of incentive for expansion.
